She's tested a bunch of these ideas personally, professionally, and with her teams at various colleges. The end result? She's distinguished what truly works from the semi-culty nonsense of productivity hacks, and is excited to share these ideas with you today. 

Curious about her credentials? Carole earned her BA, MA, and PhD in English Literature and has taught composition, creative writing, literature survey courses, and graduate practica on how to teach writing. She's been a department chair, dean (twice), AVP, and Vice Provost. She's created and led two different Centers for Teaching and Learning, has seen the power of data to change decisions about teaching and learning, and believes with all her heart that IR folks are deeply essential and grossly underappreciated.
